We do not sell our products direct to end users or on the Internet, only through a network of retailers around Australia. For a list of camera shops please consult your local telephone directories. We are able to inform end users of stockists of our products in general. You may ask a retailer for any product you see on our site.  We do not supply to end users in another country.

If you are looking for a stockist of our products in a particular part of Australia please write to the address below or contact our Customer Centre by email. If you have a faulty product we recommend you return it to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund. If a replacement is not available through the place of purchase please contact our service department by email for information on how to return a faulty product. We are not able to refund any money that has been paid to another company.
