National Accounts Manager - Consumer Electronics Channel

  • Are you an experienced Sales professional adept at managing national accounts for reputed brands?

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the National Accounts Manager has the following responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers to position Adeal as the preferred supplier.
  • Create strategic plans and forecasts for each account and group to achieve the annual sales budget.
  • Work effectively with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure that initiatives made at national/group level are implemented in stores.
 
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • At least 3 years experience in managing national accounts preferably in the CE channel.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Data management and analytical skills.
  • The ability to collaborate across various functions.
Knowledge of photographic products and experience in Retail sales will be an added advantage.

The role requires frequent interstate and some overseas travel. The right person will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.

Adeal has an exciting career opportunity for an energetic and professional Sales person to service our customers in Western Australia representing the high customer service standards Adeal is famous for.

To succeed in this role you must be experienced in front-line selling and in implementing in-store strategies to maximise product visibility. You must also be at ease with providing relevant product training to Adeal's retail customers to achieve greater sales in our product range.

In addition, the right candidate should have:

  • Strong personal drive and determination to achieve results

  • Well defined negotiation skills to achieve win/win outcomes
  • A keen eye for detail and an affinity with technical products

  • Proven skills in delivering on commitments and within time lines

and above all, your primary focus will be to partner with our customers to help them build a profitable business.

Previous background or interest in Photography and B2B Sales would be an advantage.
