Adeal's payment terms are strictly 30 days net from statement date.
Adeal will suspend supply if your account is not paid within terms. An account fee calculated at the rate of 2% per month on the overdue balance of the account will be charged on accounts overdue by more than 60 days.
All goods sold by Adeal are sold subject to these conditions. The Purchaser will be bound by these conditions upon an order for goods made by the Purchaser being accepted by Adeal.
These conditions will have priority over any terms and conditions of the Purchaser and the terms of all other contracts, correspondence or discussions between Adeal and the Purchaser and represent the entire agreement between Adeal and the Purchaser.
A freight and handling charge will apply to all orders of less than $220.00 including GST
Orders are delivered FIS within Australia, except as stated in 7. above or for special delivery requested by the purchaser.
All requests for credit must quote the original invoice number and date of invoice.
Goods for Return: An Authority to Return Goods Form (ARG) must be obtained before returning any goods. Goods for warranty repair or replacement must be returned freight prepaid. Adeal will pay the freight on return of shop stock, wrong orders, oversupply and damage in transit if an ARG has been obtained and the Adeal specified carrier is used. All goods returned for credit and/or replacement must be in saleable condition with original packaging material. Adeal reserves the right to apply a re-stocking fee of 15% on any returned goods. Where goods are accepted for credit, Adeal will be entitled to apply a handling charge to cover expenses. Goods carrying dealer price labels, or damaged by the removal of these labels, will only be accepted at less 20% re-packing fee.
Repairs will be charged at ruling rates unless a valid Guarantee/Warranty card and/or proof of purchase is supplied.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be the ruling prices at the date of invoicing.
These conditions shall not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies, which the Purchaser may have by virtue of the provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any other applicable legislation.
The purchaser shall be charged tax at the ruling rate on all goods purchased.
